Incase you (“Customer”,”Consumer”) are not satisfied with the product or service, we offer you “ MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ” with following circumstances :

  • None of the digital file(s) or archive file(s) (“ZIP”, “TAR”,”Any Compressed file”) related to the project is delivered to you through any digital medium except the Agreement document, Project financial estimation, initial invoice, Proforma invoice, initial BRSD (Business Requirement specification Doc).
  • Your Project is not finished on deadline, here deadline is subjected to Project Specific Agreement’s Terms and Conditions (PSA).
  • You want to cancel the order or project before the order or project is started executing.
SCOPE OF POLICY AND COVERAGE

This policy does not have any application for companies which are not owned or controlled by Technovirt IT Solutions or for persons not employed or managed by Technovirt IT Solutions. This includes any third party service and / or product providers bound by contract and also, any third-party websites to which Technovirt IT Solutions’s website links.

TERMS OF REFUND FOR PROJECT OR ORDER
  • Full Refund if project or order is not initialised.
  • If the authorized work has been started regarding the order or project, we may retain an appropriate portion of the permit fee in addition to the processing fee. The amount of fee will be calculated by Technovirt IT Solutions, taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.
  • Processing fee is subjected to project Specific Agreement’s Terms and Conditions (PSA).
  • Once project is moved to customer serer, Refund is not applicable
